Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service and any possible changes it may have in the future.
Failing to follow my terms of service will result in blacklisting of both my commissions and future designs, as well as being blocked by me.

1: You may use your commissioned art or design for any personal use.
- you are forbidden to draw over my artwork or remove my watermark.
- you are not allowed to use any other clients artwork or designs without consent.
2: Refunds are only available after 3 months without a wip from me. I will not refund you if i have already given you a sketch of your commission.
- any major changes (character change, major pose change) after the sketch phase are not allowed.
3: You are strictly forbidden to commission another artist to use my work for any reason.

Regarding Premade Designs
You are free to add details/accessories to the design, but please keep the original design seperate.
I will not alter a pre-existing design once it is sold, but if you'd like me to add something to the inital reference sheet, it will be a fee of $10 to $20 depending on complexity.

I have every right to refuse a commission without reason. if you attempt to get me to draw something i am not comfortable with, you will be blocked.
If I find out that you are lying about your age, there will be a public warning made about you, as well as a block + spot on my blacklist
